In a crisis, every minute counts. We are proud to announce our new Youth Mobile Crisis Program, designed to provide support when it matters most. Our program offers 24/7 assistance, ensuring that help is available round-the-clock, free of charge, and confidential.

Key Components
Our program is built around two key components: Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) and Community Brief Crisis Support (CBCS). The MCR team is dispatched to provide immediate on-the-spot assistance to stabilize the crisis situation. Meanwhile, CBCS offers short-term, intensive care that connects youth with essential resources and ongoing support for their well-being and recovery.

What is a Crisis?
A crisis can be defined as any situation involving a significant problem or event that causes emotional distress, an inability to control emotions, or opportunities for change and personal growth. Our mission is to deliver compassionate crisis counseling and intervention services to children, youth, and their families, empowering them to navigate through challenging times.

Our program covers several parishes within Louisiana, providing comprehensive support to youth in need:
  • Youth Crisis-Region 9: 985-247-0816
Parishes: Livingston, St. Helena, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington
  • Youth Crisis-Region 2: 225-713-3208
Parishes: Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana

When you contact Southeast Community Health Systems Crisis Support, our team will conduct a thorough screening and assessment to understand your needs. Based on this, we will develop a personalized crisis intervention and safety plan, ensuring immediate support and long-term stability. We are dedicated to being there for our youth and their families when they need us most.
