Medical Records & ROI
The patient's medical records serve as the core and base of our health care system.
It is vitally important that each encounter, whether medical or non-medical, be clearly and completely documented in the patient's record.
The content and format of the medical records are maintained uniformly so the information can be easily and quickly assessed by the health care providers, enabling them to make quality judgments concerning patient's health care needs.
