Sondra Hayes, LPC-S, LMFT, LAC, brings 35 years of expertise to Southeast Community Health Systems. She's spent over 20 years in the nonprofit workspace. Prior to joining Southeast Community Health Systems, Sondra worked in the mental health space, specializing in adult substance use disorders. She also worked as a Clinical Therapist with Volunteers of America-Baton Rouge Youth non- medical group working with boys and girls in foster care, Louisiana Regional Director of Treatment and Director of Treatment with AMIkids of Baton Rouge working with boys and girls in Office of Juvenile Custody, Clinical Care Assist Team Associate and Sr. Care Manager with Magellan Behavioral Health working with both adults, adolescence, and children with severe mental health and substance abuse issues, Clinical Marketing Director and Clinical Director with Seaside-Provisions Therapeutic Group Home for boys and girls in DCFS and OJJ custody, Licensed Mental Health Professional with Capital Area Human Service District providing group therapy to men and women with a substance abuse disorder,  Private Practice (Visions Therapeutic Family Services, LLC) provide counseling services to East Feliciana Schools students, Executive Board Member for The East Feliciana Drugs and Alcohol Council, institutions, previous employers, and currently School Based Licensed Mental Health Professional for Zachary Schools with Southeast Community Healthcare Center.Sondra is a member of the Hickory Grove Baptist Church where she serves as the church secretary and youth leader. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also enjoys volunteering in her hometown of Jackson.
